Raina Education Foundation works in partnership with state governments to make job-readiness training accessible to young people at scale.

The Need
India has one of the world's largest Gen Z populations, with approximately 400 million young people. Yet, many young adults entering the workforce face a significant gap between academic education and the practical skills, guidance, and exposure required to build successful careers.
Our focus is on young people aged 18–21, particularly those transitioning from education into the workforce.
Research indicates that even students from leading institutions can feel apprehensive about entering the workforce, often due to gaps in communication skills, confidence, career clarity, and access to meaningful guidance.
What Young People Are Telling Us?

Students commonly express concerns such as:
“My nervousness and shy nature.”
“Communication skills.”
“Just the right guidance at the right time.”
